Subscription terms

When you sign up for a skincare subscription with us, the following terms and conditions apply:

What the subscription means

• You will automatically receive delivery of our skincare products according to the delivery interval you choose: every month, every two, every three or every four months.
• Your payment will be automatically deducted from the payment method you selected when ordering with each delivery.

Discount for subscribers

• As a subscriber, you receive a 20% discount on the regular price of the products included in the subscription.

Binding time

• The subscription has a minimum commitment period of two deliveries .
• After that, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Termination

• Cancellation is easily done via your customer account in the online store or by contacting our customer service at [your email address].
• Cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid it being sent out.

Right of withdrawal

• According to Swedish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribed.
• Products delivered within the scope of the subscription are covered by the same right of withdrawal as regular purchases, provided that the packaging is unbroken.

Subscription changes

• You can change delivery intervals or update payment and delivery details at any time via your customer account.
