Gua Sha treatments
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese massage technique that combines aromatherapy and deep tissue massage to stimulate the lymphatic system and circulation. The treatment helps the body to clear out waste products and excess fluid, which can contribute to reduced swelling, increased radiance and improved skin texture. By working in the direction of the lymph, we can also relieve muscle tension, provide a pleasant relaxation and promote better health and well-being.
Frequently asked questions and answers about Gua Sha treatment
Gua Sha means "to scrape" and has its origins in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We have chosen to use Gua Sha in many of our treatments to stimulate the body by working in the direction of the lymph. Through various Gua Sha tools we can effectively support the lymphatic system, which contributes to the body feeling better.
