Now let's get started!

Heating
1. Clap, pat with fingers and hands with firm grips, we start at the décolleté and work our way up the neck.
2. Continue to pat and pat up towards the face and entire scalp for a good warm-up.

Strength/training session
3. Keep your mouth closed. Look up slowly and with a swan neck that is long and stately.
4. Then look down with your chin towards your neck so that your neck becomes about five times longer.
5. If you want to develop the movement, work lightly with your knuckles over your cheeks for a better result.

Activate the neck muscles
6. Tense and relax your throat repeatedly, up to 10 times.
The exercise strengthens the muscles and can give you a nice soreness that shows that the muscles have been activated!

Masseter Jaw Exercise
7. Bite and clench your jaws for a few seconds.
Then relax and repeat the movement to strengthen your jaw muscles and relieve any tension.

Orbicularis Oris/Mouth and Jaw Exercises
8. Open your mouth as wide as you can to activate and stretch your jaw muscles.
This exercise is especially effective for releasing tension in your jaw after a stressful day. Repeat several times for best results.

Orbicularis Oris/Mouth and Jaw Exercises
9. Pull your chin in as far as you can toward your neck, as if you were trying to create a double chin.
Hold the position for a few seconds before relaxing. Repeat to strengthen the muscles and improve posture.

Orbicularis Oris/Mouth and Jaw Exercises
10. Push your chin forward as far as you can, as if you are trying to reach something with it. Hold the position for a few seconds before relaxing.
11. Pull your chin to the right and then to the left now that you are underway, repeat five times.

Lingua/tongue practice
12. Work on sticking your tongue out as far as you can towards your nose several times for extra activity.

Upper lip exercise
13. Using your fingertips, gently pat your upper lip several times to stimulate blood circulation and reduce wrinkles around your mouth.
Finish with a wide, upward smile to activate the muscles around the mouth and give your face a lift.

Orbicularis Oculi/Eye exercise
14. Focus on looking up, down, and to the sides without frowning five times.
15. Pat under the eyes several times outward and then pull lightly and gently outward towards the hairline. Great for cleaning out impurities, swelling under the eyes, good for those who have easily swollen eyes.

Orbicularis Oculi/Eye exercise
16. Press your eyebrows up with your fingers and hold for a while, it's good when you're a little tired.
17. Hold your hands over your eyes in a firm grip, it gives a lot of energy and clarity.

Frontalis/Forehead exercises
18. Lift your forehead with your muscles as much as you can.
19. Make gentle upward strokes with alternating hands towards the hairline.

Scalp/head training
20. Run your fingers vigorously through your scalp, starting at the front and working your way back towards your scalp.

Stretching/Final exercises
22. Now we stretch by taking both palms and pressing the skull together from the sides towards each other upwards and then palms from the forehead forward and hold the back of the scalp. It feels so good to press and stretch out.
Then lightly pat your fingers over your forehead, face, neck and décolleté.

Stretching/Final exercises
23. Then stretch your neck back, forward and to the sides. Roll your shoulders forward and back.
GOOD JOB, KEEP DOING IT DAILY OR A FEW TIMES A WEEK!
