How to use the meditation oil :
For yoga:
Apply the meditation oil directly to your skin before your yoga session. Our oils are generous, so a light dab on your wrists, temples and between your eyebrows (third eye) is enough to enhance your experience.
For meditation:
Roll a small amount of oil in your palm, then cup your hands in front of your nose and take five deep breaths. Inhale... slowly... and deeply... before beginning your meditation.
Other uses:
Meditation oil can also be used in stressful situations when you need peace of mind and focus. Apply a little oil under your nose, close your eyes and take five deep breaths to regain your calm.
